As a Minnesota Licensed Childcare center, we follow Department of Human services MN Rule 9503, MN Statute Section 245A – Human Services Licensing, MN Statute Section 245C – Human Services Background Studies, MN Statute Section 260E – Reporting and Maltreatment of Minors, Current Fire Code and Health Code regulations, MN Rule Chapter 4626 – Food Code, as well as zoning and city codes.

Maltreatment of Minors Mandated Reporting 

SAAB staff are required by Minnesota state law to report suspected child abuse and/or neglect to the proper authorities.
