Welcome to my passion - Snug as a Bug Childcare has been my dream since I was 6 years old and I am absolutely thrilled to be sharing it with you. I am a transplant to the Redwood Falls area, from Lino Lakes, MN, where I grew up and lived with an older brother and my parents until I left the nest for college. I grew up frequently visiting my grandparents, in Bird Island, MN, so I have been familiar with the area, and loved this community, since I was a young girl. God's plan felt right when I met a man, in the middle of a lake, who lived in Redwood Falls. After running a home childcare business and being a preschool director for a private Christian school, I decided to move when the opportunity presented itself. I planted my roots in Redwood during October of 2019, after I was offered a job within the school district as CKC coordinator. I got married to my husband in May of 2021 and have been actively pursuing my goal of owning/operating a childcare center, in Redwood Falls, ever since.
